To apply for funding through Ironcrest Partners, you must:

Be a legal business entity registered and operating in the United States
Have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Be the authorized representative of the business with authority to enter into financial agreements
Meet applicable time-in-business and revenue thresholds
Be at least 18 years of age

4. Application and Information Accuracy

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification, denial of funding, or legal consequences under applicable state and federal law.

We may verify the information you provide through third-party sources, including but not limited to business credit bureaus, financial institutions, and public records.

SMS Program Terms
